From the second I walked in, it felt like I’d stepped into a dream 💫 The gorgeous Employee in front desk "Walaif "at the front desk welcomed me with a warm smile and sweet energy — she even offered me VIP lounge access because of my long trip 🥹💖 The view? Stunning. The vibes? Immaculate. "Abdulrahman "at checkout was so kind and genuinely cared about how my stay went 💬💙 And Muneer? total gem 💎 He handled my bags with such care and even gave me a little tour of the room like a true gentleman 🧳✨ The room was HUGE 🏰 — way bigger than I expected — with a walk-in closet and a bathroom that felt like a spa 🛁 (yes, both a shower and a tub!). The VIP lounge had cute small buffet and the restaurant had buffet and à la carte options, and room service was 24/7 🍽️🌙 — the menu had variety and everything arrived fresh and fast. Pool, gym, amazing location right on Olaya Street — I didn’t want to leave 💅 And that late check-out flexibility? Lifesaver 🙏🏼💕

I believe this is the most centrical and busy international hotel chain in Riyadh center. It has everything you need, the rooms are wide and big, there is no noise, the gyms are very well equipped, the sauna, the pool...and on top of that, the food is delicious. The breakfast is full of options, most of them healthy ones, and the staff there is so helpful and kind. Special thanks to Sohel, the captain, who made me smile every single breakfast, and Mery who prepared my coffees with lots of love. An important thing to mention: almost all the staff speak English which is something very difficult to find in the KSA hotel industry nowadays.

This was my first time in Riyadh and after reading a few reviews was a little concerned about gender segregation for the pool or the need for everyone to wear shorts and tees in the pool... But I was advised when ingot there, bathing suit and bikini is fine and no gender segregation. The customer service was fabulous. I love the caramel lounge and the food options which were more than sufficient for lunch. Breakfast at Flavours was great. Room service was wonderful. Express luaundry service brilliant.

All employees whom we met - smiling when we talked with them, asking if are not missing anything and they can help us somehow. Room was spacious, clean, everything was there, we have not missed anything. Hotel location is very good - close to many restaurants and cafes of Olaya street, also not far from Kingdom Center. Breakfast was excellent, wifi was good and stable. Truly enjoyed our stay and recommend this hotel.

The staff at the breakfast session were very helpful and made my breakfast times very enjoyable. They are 3, I think 1 is called Mary (fair) and another lady (fair)and also a guy (dark),. I really think you should award them to show appreciation for their hard work. They are the reason i am filling this. Kindly check the 3 who were on duty at the breakfast session last week. I also very much appreciate the number of bottles of water given for free. i really, really do appreciate that also. Thank you.
